The Windy City Warbirds & Classics event is hosted each year by the Fox Valley Aero Club located in St Charles, Illinois. Our field is located in the Western Suburbs of the greater Chicagoland area. Nearby Chicago, often its own destination city with its many restaurants, museums, and theaters offers additional entertainment options. St Charles, located on the majestic Fox River, also offers many local restaurants and historic small-town charm.
Our beautiful field has a 50x800 foot paved runway with a 150x900 foot groomed grass runway parallel to it that is kept mowed to about one inch. Our club has over 200 members, many of which help to ensure a safe and welcoming environment in which to enjoy this tremendous hobby.
